Віктор Лімр

Viktor Limr is a Czech theater, television, and film actor. He was born in 1974 in Ústí nad Labem and studied acting at DAMU in Prague. After graduating, he had multi-year engagements in theaters in Mladá Boleslav and later Pilsen. At the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Pilsen, he portrayed several prominent roles, notably Hamlet and Erik in the comedy Strictly No Touching the Snow. Since 2004, he has been a permanent member of the Švandovo Theatre in Prague. He regularly participates in the Summer Shakespeare Festival and the Theatre Summer under the Pilsen Sky. During his career, he has also guest-starred at the Pod Palmovkou Theatre, Broadway Theatre, F. X. Šalda Theatre, and The Drama Club. He currently also performs with the Háta Theatre Company. He is well-known to the general public from television; he gained enormous popularity through his roles in the hit series Rodinná pouta, Velmi křehké vztahy, and Cesty domů.
